You will be glad to know that V.D. (Varun Dhaka) Institute of Technology, Krishan Vihar, New Delhi 110086 was Promoted by Rahul Dhaka Vikas Society during the Session 1999-2000. Since then, it is involved in creating prospective Teachers for the Nations.
The Institute Offers the Regular Professional Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) Courses. While the B.Ed Course is Recognized by National Council for Teacher Education and Affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka, New Delhi, the ETE Diploma Course is Affiliated to S.C.E.R.T, New Delhi.
To keep pace with the Modern Trend and Competitive Spirit of Educational Institutions for the sake of Quality Education, the Institution appoints well qualified Academic and Administrative human resources. As far as the Physical Resources are concerned, it maintains the state-of-the-art facilities – spacious and well-furnished air-Conditioned Lecture Rooms, well Equipped ICT, Science and Psychology Laboratories a magnificent library housing a verity of standard course books, study material, O.H.P. Film Projector, LCD Projector, Color T.V. VCR, VCD Internet devices, Smart Classrooms, An Auditorium and Conference Hall with seating capacity for 150 persons each. Besides the above, all the primary amenities are available in the campus for the convenience of Scholars.

It is a matter of great delight for me to share my experiences with the parents, Guardians and Especially with Scholars Accessing this Institutions Website to know about the Courses it offers. As already stated in my respected Father Shri.
Jai Kishan Ji Message, this Institution Currently offers Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Teacher Education (E.T.E.) to create Teachers for this great Country. However, I am Working on an expansion plan and hope to bring in some more traditional and Professional courses like B.Com, B.B.A. and M.B.A.
The Institution is very Particular about the Punctuality of its Scholars, The Campus always remains vibrant with a variety of Curricular and Co-Curricular activities. The Sincere and concerted efforts of the Director of the Institution Principal of B.Ed (Dr. Prince Parmar) and Ms. Ashalata Bedant, Principal of D.El.Ed are well qualified faculty and various devoted employees deserve appreciation for the ever rising graph of students performance. I take the opportunity to share with you some important features of our institute. It was started in 1999 under the Guidance of honorable Chairman Jai Kishan, Ex MLA and a dedicated Leader who wanted to fulfill educational needs of the community.
There is an urgent need for improvement in access and quality of higher education in India. The key objective of VD (Varun Dhaka) Institute of Technology is to improve access quality in Higher Education.
We at VDIT also aim at equipping the prospective teachers with knowledge that results in academic expertise and skill that gear the pupil teachers towards life long learning, pursuits of excellence and professional values with sincere commitment and accountability towards the global society.

I feel great pleasure to convey my message to Teacher Trainees of our Institute where thousands of Teacher Trainees aspire to be true Teachers, So that they will be able to discharge their duties loyally and sincerely for all round development of human beings.
The teachers are the key person who can indicate all the required values in children. This task would become easier if the teacher through his personality, characters and action sets an example before the students.
The four Pillars of Education in the 21 st Century is learning to know, learning to do, learning to be and learning for live together. You all possess immense power of in fluency the students.
